7 July 2017 credit Agricole Bank has successfully completed re-certification audit of quality management system on conformity to requirements of international standard ISO 9001 in the field of “car loans.”

The Bank team once again successfully passed all checks and received confirmation that the quality management system of the Bank in the direction of the “car loans” corresponds to requirements of international standard. A feature of the audit this year was that due to the effective and coordinated work of the staff of the Bank successfully stesnitel the transition of the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2008 version ISO 9001:2015.

It should be noted that the requirements of the new version of ISO 9001:2015 is more focused on quality and effective management of business processes that accompany the loan in the Bank, and effective work to meet clients ‘ requirements in this area.
